Book a complimentary, 30 minutes consultation with me. We will cover your wellness history, current lifestyle, eating habits, concerns and goals to see if I’m the right coach for you.

• My holistic approach focuses in small steps in order to achieve long term results and become your second nature. You’ll learn to think about food, not as food itself, but the way your body responds and protects itself to it, and this is  what health is all about. Is it not?

• We identify your struggles as well as your personal goals. 

• We take the lowest hanging fruit, the food habit or lifestyle habit that is going to make the biggest impact, and we’ll move on to the next step.

• One step at a time, always focused on results in a systematic way so that you can build new habits without feeling overwhelmed or relapse.

• As each session builds on one another, you’ll experiment quick wins to long lasting results. And move to the next step. Then, we kind of add on.

• You have a class preparation document, transcripts from the classes and assignments.

• Outside our video calls, you have access to me via email and text message where you can ask questions, or we can make refinements before our next session. 

• Suggested lifestyle practices adapted to your unique way of life.
